No material update to provide as of now. Google has acknowledge the incident as effecting all UK customers, and is investigating.

Agents are currently unavailable. One of our cloud providers (Google Cloud) is experiencing a major outage. Based on the information we've received it's likely the outage will last for at least the next hour. All calls, emails and agents are down.
